CIRÈLL Formulas Will Feature Evonik's SK-INFLUX® V MB Technology

Efficacy in dermocosmetic products isn't determined by the number of active ingredients alone. A raw material's scientific foundation, manufacturing quality, and international credibility matter just as much as the formula itself. That is why CIRÈLL's skin barrier-focused formulas will feature SK-INFLUX® V MB, a complex developed by Evonik, one of the world's leading specialty chemicals companies.

What Is SK-INFLUX® V MB?

SK-INFLUX® V MB is a biomimetic skin barrier lipid complex developed by Evonik. It contains the fundamental building blocks of the natural skin barrier — Ceramide NP, Ceramide AP, and Ceramide EOP, Phytosphingosine, and Cholesterol — rounded out with supporting components that stabilize the formula.

Why Evonik?

Evonik is a global manufacturer with a long track record in the dermocosmetics sector, supplying raw materials to many premium cosmetic brands worldwide. At CIRÈLL, simply stating that a product "contains ceramide" isn't enough for us — what matters is the raw material's source, manufacturing standard, quality control, regulatory compliance, and scientific credibility. SK-INFLUX® V MB is manufactured in compliance with the European Cosmetics Regulation (EC No. 1223/2009).

A Biomimetic Barrier Approach, Not a Single Ceramide

A single ceramide is not enough in a barrier cream — the human skin barrier isn't made up of just one ceramide. A healthy barrier forms when different ceramide types, cholesterol, sphingolipids, and other barrier lipids work together. SK-INFLUX® V MB was developed as a complex built precisely on this biomimetic lipid technology approach. That's why CIRÈLL formulas will prioritize biomimetic lipid technologies that support the skin barrier on multiple fronts, rather than relying on a single active ingredient.

Our Commitment to Quality

CIRÈLL's core approach to product development is to increase quality rather than cut costs. When selecting raw materials, we consider the global manufacturer, scientific foundation, regulatory compliance, sustainable production practices, and quality documentation. According to the manufacturer's technical documentation, SK-INFLUX® V MB's production process uses no animal-derived raw materials and has a shelf life of 720 days under proper storage conditions.

CIRÈLL's Approach

We have never subscribed to the "more actives is better" mindset. Our goal is to bring the right actives together, in the right ratios, in mutually reinforcing systems built on a scientifically grounded formula. That's why every raw material used in CIRÈLL products is evaluated not just for its marketing value, but for its scientific track record and manufacturing quality. The skin barrier is strengthened by the right ingredients working together — and that understanding is exactly what CIRÈLL's formulation philosophy is built on.
